Lagos Nigeria Stake Reorganization

The leadership of Lagos Nigeria Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was reorganized today Sunday, September 23, 2012, in Aba.  A stake is a group of congregations similar to diocese.

 
Elder LeGrand Curtis accompanied by Elder Adeyinka Ojediran reorganized the stake leadership. The reorganizations were witnessed by members and non-members in attendance.
 
LAGOS NIGERIA STAKE: (June 3, 2012) President — Raymond M. Oraegbu, 44, procurement associate at Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited; succeeding Okechukwu I. Imo; wife, Lucy Ovuodoroye Oraegbu. Counselors — Adegbenro O. Adekunle, 39, Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Enterprenure; wife, Adekemi O. Adekunle. Richard U. Ikpegbu, 49, Medical Doctor at Total Nigeria Plc.; wife, Uduak Ikpegbu.
